Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 days.

 

Shipping of products will occur Monday - Friday; we do not send packages out on weekends or holidays. We only sell products that we have in stock. In the event an order is placed with an item that is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a refund or wait for the item to become available. If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you by email.

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

You will receive an order confirmation after your order is placed. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Bitz & Pieces Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Customize the following: Bitz & Pieces Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Bitz & Pieces Boutique does not currently ship internationally.

Returns Policy

As a valued customer of Bitz & Pieces Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase to the store within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns are valid at the store location [152 Union Street, Vernon, CT 06066] during open shop hours [found on our Facebook page]. Please contact bitzandpieces152@gmail.com to start the return process. If you are shipping the product back to the store, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will complete the return upon receipt and inspection of the product. All products are returned to our store location [152 Union Street, Vernon, CT 06066].
