Where are you located, and when are you open?

You will find us at 152 Union Street, Vernon, CT 06066. We are open Saturday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM and Sunday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. To shop during the week, message us on Facebook and we will book the boutique for you.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes - pickup is free at the shop and is usually ready within 24 hours. We will let you know when your order is ready.

How does shipping work?

We ship within the United States via USPS at flat rates based on package size, from $8.95 to $21.50. Orders are processed within 3 business days and typically arrive 2-3 business days once shipped. You can read the full details on our Shipping Policy page.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days, in store during open hours or by mail. Please note that sale items are final sale. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

Myra Bags are handcrafted from upcycled canvas with genuine leather and hair-on hide accents, so no two bags are exactly alike.
